Daytona Beach
You could call it “Beach City”.
In some few areas the sand
builds up to a hard basic
ground, where Nascar- and
Ralley Drivers in the past
had lots of fun, riding along.
Interesting to know, that all
the world speed records in
the 1950's were achieved
in Daytona, with testing new
engines and cars, close up to
a 600 miles per hour speed.

The old times are gone and the cars got replaced
with some awesome surf boards and snorkels.
Daytona has first-rated waves, and sportsmen
from all over the U.S. come here, to enjoy their
skills. Daytona isn’t short of shopping areas,
restaurants and other attractions. The area's
convenient location also provides easy access
to Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios,
Epcot Center, Wet'n Wild, Church Street Station,
MGM Studios, Historic St. Augustine and Kennedy
Space Center. All of that is easy to reach within
just one hour's drive from Daytona. And the real,
awesome Nascar Stadiun is just around the cor-
Ner. Let’s find out, when they gonna drive their
                                                   next round!

Beside all that, Daytona is continual
working on upgrading the area, the
beaches, the accommodations, and
is steady opening new facilities for
families and kids to come and enjoy.
Hopefully it will soon become the
most popular Beach Town in the US.
The entire City only exists, because of the Beach.
Today there are still some places, where you can bike to the beach or come
down with your car and park right next to your own airbed. But this is all very
restricted, and on most Sand Beaches it got forbidden to drive. Beach enjoy-
ment, sunbathe, swimming and relaxing cannot get mixed with lots of gas smell,
car dust and noise. All main beach areas are now completely smooth and sandy.
And Ponte Inlet’s Beach is featuring Lighthouse Point Park, which has nature
trails and an observation tower.
